Returns must be mailed with the return information (Customer must notify us by email to email@example.com) within 7 days upon receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unironed with all of the tags intact and in their original packaging.
Sale items and items bought using discount codes are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable nor refundable.
If there is any exchange with a ‘good reason’ , shipping costs will be borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our boutique.
Please note that there may be a 0-0.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defects. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty and will not be accepted as returns.
We take up to 5 working days after receiving the goods to process returns. 60 days after a notification email is sent, unclaimed parcels are forfeited.For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
